About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our branch in Strassen, Luxembourg.
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You are the primary contact for distributors and customers.
- You process orders in our inventory management system.
- You are experienced in handling and documenting complaints.
- You maintain the customer database and history.
- You support the team during inventory checks.
- You manage and monitor the dunning process.
- You coordinate general administrative tasks, such as payment processing, email management, telephone correspondence, etc.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bac +2 level education, ideally with customer service experience – we also offer opportunities to recent graduates willing to prove themselves.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Good command of German, French, and English – both spoken and written. Any additional language is considered a plus.
- Trustworthy interaction with customers.
- You are flexible, reliable, and a team player.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für Vertriebspartner und Kunden
- Sie bearbeiten Bestellungen in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Umgang mit Reklamationen sowie deren Dokumentation
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Pflege der Kundendatenbank und -historie
- Sie unterstützen das Team im Bereich Lager- und Bestandsmanagement
- Sie steuern und überwachen Follow-up-Prozesse
- Sie koordinieren allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten, z. B. Zahlungsabwicklungen, E-Mail-Management, Telefonkorrespondenz etc.
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Bac+2-Niveau, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Kundenservice – auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
- Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
