Finance - Internal Control and Finance Assistant Trainee
Your mission:
As a member of the finance team, you will provide key support to your colleagues in the Global Procurement Department.
In particular, you will contribute to the following tasks:
**Finance**
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Processing of supplier payments relating to overheads
- Follow-up and processing of account statements
**Internal control / permanent monitoring**
- Participate in the effective and regular implementation of the control plan by all players,
- Carry out controls allocated to Compliance
**Process and risk review**
- Update the annual operational risk assessment,
- Check that the appropriate procedures, instructions and legal and regulatory provisions are applied
**Operational risk analysis and reporting**
- Participate in updating action plans drawn up following audits, as well as those identified by the second-level controller,
- Follow-up on prompt implementation of internal audit and second-level controller recommendations
**Procedures**
- Administrative tasks
- Participate in establishing new procedures
Your profile:
- You are currently studying in accounting or finance
- Organized and rigorous, you have a pragmatic and synthetic approach to problems,
- Fluency in English (written)
- You're a good listener, eager to learn alongside experienced people, and do your utmost to produce quality work.
- The automotive sector interests you
