Security Master File Specialist (6-month contract)
For our Operations department, we are looking for an agent to work in the Securities Files department on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The Securities Files team is responsible for creating and monitoring new financial instruments in the Securities Database.
YOUR ROLE- Manage the opening of new financial instruments (funds, equities, swaps, yield curves, OTC, complex structured products, etc.)- Creation of financial instrument values in the database (reflecting the attributes of official financial instruments) based on prospectuses, term sheets and official information received from issuers and various providers (Telekurs, Bloomberg, etc.)- Work with traders and staff in the Operations department and external offices- Research the characteristics of financial instruments on our Data Feed providers (Bloomberg, Telekurs, Reuters, Interactive Data)- Carrying out various tasks relating to the maintenance of a securities database.
YOUR PROFILE- Bac +2 in management/business/finance- A first experience in banking will be highly considered- Knowledge of usual financial instruments- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, Interactive Data and SIX Telekurs will be highly considered- Responsible, rigorous, autonomous and motivated individual who can adapt to different working environments. Strong sense of priorities and team spirit- Ability to work under stress and absorb high volumes of work- Fluency in French and English, any other language would be an asset.
