SOGETI is looking for a **Workplace Security Specialist** to join our company.

As part of the Department working exclusively with **European Institutions** located in Luxembourg, you will be part of a team which interact with 18 team-members from SOGETI, in a **multicultural** environment.

Consultants can work with a variety of different customers, tools and methodologies; something that would otherwise take many years to gain.

**Your challenge**:

- To conduct security risk assessments in Digital Workplace context;
- To diagnose potentially complex security-related and/or identity-related issues;
- To design implement and support effective solutions for mitigating security risks;
- To integrate different security technologies in a complex environment;
- To integrate end point security solutions but with knowledge of backend server and network infrastructure;
- Provision of security studies associated with information system projects;
- Security assessments of information systems.

**In terms of technical know-how**:

- Good knowledge of security standards;
- IT Security Risk Management Methodology;
- IT Security Compliance Management;
- Experience in drafting security plans.

**To succeed in your mission you need**:

- To have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- To have the ability to work in a proactive and independent manner, with a focus on priorities, communication and decision-making capacities;
- To have good organization, coordination and planning skills - with a high degree of drive and desire to empower ICT change and evolution;
- To have excellent communication skills, adaptable to audiences ranging from senior management to technology specialists.

**Education**:
5+ years university degree in IT and 5 to 8 years of professional experience; or any equivalent combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
