We’re looking for a **Fleet Support Specialist** who can bring structure, diplomacy, and strategy to our car management operations. You’ll ensure every team member who needs a vehicle has one, while optimizing costs, contracts, and coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Fleet Administration**: Maintain and update car-related processes, policies, and documentation.

**Coordination**: Ensure vehicles are efficiently allocated and properly maintained.

**Contracts & Negotiations**: Manage leasing agreements, handle renewals, and challenge terms to ensure best value.

**Financial Administration**: Oversee invoices, fines, and filing; collaborate with HR and Finance.

**Strategic Optimization**: Determine the smartest approach for car handovers, long-term parking, and logistics providers.

**Stakeholder Management**: Mediate between teams (especially sales), ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency.

**Operational Excellence**: Anticipate delivery delays and set realistic expectations; deliver only what can be promised.

**Continuous Improvement**: Spot inefficiencies and implement better systems to make the fleet function smoothly and sustainably.

**Your Profile**

- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, operations, or a related field.

- Strong communication skills with diplomacy and patience to manage different personalities.

- Highly organized, structured, and reliable under pressure.

- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines

- Strategic thinker with curiosity for fleet taxation and optimization topics.

- Fluent in English & German (French is a plus)
