**About the role**
We are looking to hire a skilled Junior Accountant, to join our Finance team in Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Accounting.
In this role, you will get the chance to work on general financial administration and cash management. You will provide a high standard of service in key financial accounting operational functions, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash/Expenses Management.
**What you will be doing**
- Staff management expenses
- Daily controls of the accounting system
- Control of invoices of different entities
- Invoices including ensuring adherence to approval process and documentation
- Re-invoicing to group companies
- Instruction of invoices payment
- Accrual payables
**What we are looking for**
Experience with invoicing and VAT will be considered an advantage. You bring strong analytical skills and a high level of individual initiative. You also demonstrate personal accountability and are comfortable working independently.
As a person, you are a detail-oriented team player who possesses strong communication skills and approach challenges with a constructive, solutions-oriented mindset. With a positive and energetic attitude, you are eager to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English.
