**Description**
- Journaalposten voor de bank, vermogensbeheerder en hun filialen voorbereiden en valideren om financiële transacties nauwkeurig vast te leggen.
- Facturen van leveranciers registreren voor de bank, vermogensbeheerder en filialen. Ervoor zorgen dat facturen nauwkeurig worden verwerkt en gerelateerde rapporten controleren.
- Aansluitingen uitvoeren voor grootboekrekeningen om de nauwkeurigheid en consistentie van de financiële administratie te waarborgen.
- Assisteren bij het cash management proces om de cash flow en liquiditeit voor de organisatie te optimaliseren.
- Assisteren bij het opstellen van maandelijkse en jaarlijkse belastinggerelateerde rapporten voor de bank, vermogensbeheerder en filialen om ervoor te zorgen dat de belastingregels worden nageleefd.
- Assisteren bij financiële audits en het opstellen van jaarrekeningen om een getrouw beeld te geven van de financiële positie van de organisatie.
- Opstellen van financiële en risicorapportages en ad hoc rapportages om inzicht te geven in de financiële gezondheid en het risicoprofiel van de organisatie.
- Antwoorden op vragen van regelgevende en belastingautoriteiten om ervoor te zorgen dat aan de rapportagevereisten wordt voldaan.
**Profile**
- Bachelordiploma in boekhouding, financiën of een relevant vakgebied, of gelijkwaardige ervaring - Dit garandeert dat de kandidaat een sterke basis heeft in boekhoudkundige principes en praktijken.
- 3-5 jaar ervaring in de boekhouding van een bank - Geeft aan dat de kandidaat relevante ervaring heeft in een vergelijkbare bankomgeving.
- Goede beheersing van het Engels (schriftelijk en mondeling), Frans en andere talen is een pre - Goede taalvaardigheden zijn essentieel voor effectieve communicatie in een meertalige omgeving.
- Kennis van IFRS/Lux GAAP, belasting
- en btw-boekhoudregels - Inzicht in internationale boekhoudnormen en belastingregels is cruciaal voor naleving.
- Zeer goede kennis van MS Office - Vaardigheid in het gebruik van MS Office-tools is noodzakelijk voor gegevensanalyse en rapportage.
- Proactief, probleemoplossend en analytisch ingesteld - Proactief kunnen identificeren en oplossen van boekhoudproblemen met een kritische en analytische benadering.
