The offering supports Regulated investment funds domiciled in the EU that are required to appoint a depositary to comply with the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and the Undertaking for Collective Investments in Transferable Securities Directive (UCITS).**:

**Responsibilities**:
**Perform the key tasks as follows**:

- ** cash flow monitoring;**:

**iv) investment restrictions**:
**v) timely settlement.**:

- ** safekeeping/recordkeeping** and ownership verification.**:

- ** Ability to cover for funds within the team when required.**:

- ** Interact with colleagues, peers and superiors in a way that ensures the ‘end goal’ is achieved in a productive way.**:

- ** Support the workflows of the team - including adherence to all mandatory training requirements and ensuring the area is operating to high standards.**:

- ** Excellent communication and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.**:

- ** Train and mentor new staff.**:

- ** 1 to 2 years depositary / fund administration experience.**:

- ** Knowledge of UCITS** /AIFMD regulations.**:

- ** Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential.**:

- ** Strong organizational and administrative skills.**:
