**Your role**
- Are you seeking to develop your career in the Fund industry? Do you possess extensive knowledge of AIFMD & UCITS regulations and demonstrate problem-solving skills to enhance efficiencies?

In the role of a Depositary Oversight Analyst, you will need to have a good understanding of the depositary business and the broader funds industry, coupled with experience in senior management interactions within a dynamic banking environment. You will be expected to ensure compliance and manage oversight controls, contributing to the overall strength and integrity of the depositary oversight framework.

We’re looking for a Depositary Oversight Analyst to:

- Carry out monitoring and control measures set out in the Depositary Oversight Procedures in the following areas of Oversight Controls:
+ Valuation of Assets and calculation of the Fund’s NAV
+ Compliance of the Fund’s instructions/investment decisions
+ Handling of subscription and redemptions of Fund’s units/shares
+ Distribution of the Fund’s Income
- Manage regulatory escalation processes.
- Contribute to the improvement of processes, methodologies, and technological solutions
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve queries and escalate potential issues.

In this multi-tasking role you will manage and perform the oversight duties and activities within the Depositary Bank in addition to participating in a number of projects looking to enhance performance across the department.

**Your expertise**
- Minimum 4-5 years’ oversight/control experience with a Depositary or an audit firm, with specific depositary experience
- University degree in economics, finance, business administration or related field
- Strong understanding of UCITS and AIFMD regulations and market practices
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Good knowledge of operational aspects of the depositary, custody or fund administration activities
- Comfortable working productively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment as well as independently
- Analytical and able to articulate issues, formulate and present recommendations
