**Summary**:
I am currently recruiting for a leading alternative investment firm, who specialise in: Private Equity / Real Assets / Private Debt. This organisation is one of the fastest growing firms in the industry, an organisation who are huge on culture and ensuring their employees have access to the best training and growth opportunities. They are based within Luxembourg, which has plenty of transport links for the days that you are in the office.

As senior depositary analyst you will support the manager on depositary oversight reviews including preliminary risk assessments, due diligence documentation reviews and control reports.

Your role will include:

- Ensure that an efficient and effective process is implemented, including depositary oversight controls required to mitigate any risks identified.
- Co-ordinating with all stakeholders, to review and finalise assessments in agreed timescales.
- Support the manager in delivering due diligence oversight reports on all stakeholders.
- Support questionnaire completion in line with internal governance.
- Keep internal control templates up to date and maintain a clear audit trail.
- Participate in regulatory development projects to update oversight framework changes.
- Develop expertise around risk management, internal governance, central administration, depositary, and Management Companies/AIFM topics considering industry best market practice and regulatory continuous developments.

**Key requirements**:

- A Minimum of 3 years in an oversight/control experience within audit/ Depositary environment.
- Be analytical, organised, and proactive with effective communication skills.
- Fluent written professional English is essential, additional languages such as German and/or French would be advantageous.
