We are currently assisting an independent PFS, supervised by the CSSF in Luxembourg, as it wishes to strengthen its team of talents with an experienced Compliance Officer.
This service provider is ideal in terms of size if you are looking for a human-sized and stable structure. With around 30 people in the organization you will be able to discover new colleagues and create good relationships with them thanks to the positive work environment and great communication amongst the team members.
If you are looking to join a structure near the Belgian border, you will also be satisfied with this structure located in Mamer, which will save you precious time every week so you can allocate it to your personal activities.

Your Responsibilities | Compliance - PFS - Legal - Compliance Officer

As a Compliance officer, you will be responsible for the review, analysis and implementation of Compliance policies.

In your future position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the RC, and also to coach and train your future colleagues on Compliance matters and to advise them.

You take care of the preparation of internal monitoring to ensure good proceedings in the scope of Compliance, by writing reports of your analysis.

You will be in contact with qualified administrations and authorities in your daily missions.

Profile and Career Path | Compliance - PFS - Legal - Compliance Officer

You have obtained a solid experience within a Luxembourgish structure (PFS, Fiduciary, ManCo, Big Four) of at least three years, offering you a good autonomy in your missions.

You ideally obtained a Bachelor degree in Law or Finance and have had the occasion to stay up-to-date with current laws thanks to trainings.

You have a great eye for detail in your daily missions, and would describe yourself as autonomous and client oriented, which means you enjoy being in contact with them and creating relationships.

Offer | Compliance - PFS - Legal - Compliance Officer

A competitive annual remuneration that could reach up to 70 000 €, depending on your profile and experience, could be offered to you by joining this PFS. This will offer you a real comfort in your financial day-to-day life. A bonus can also be added to this global yearly salary, that could represent up to an extra month of salary
