The Role

As part of the Kyndryl Consult Delivery Team team, you will act as a Senior Consultant along the phases of assessing, advising and accompanying and guiding customers towards the secure and stable operation of their critical IT systems. We act seamlessly from strategy to process and organisation to technology consulting and accompany our customers on their digital transformation.

As a SIAM Consultant, you accompany our customers across Belgium and Luxemburg with a lot of positive energy from strategic consideration to successful implementation.

As part of our consulting team, you will develop excellent solutions from a process and functional perspective as an interface and mediator between specialist departments and IT. You record customer requirements for ServiceNow and analyse them with regard to the technical implementation in ServiceNow.

You advise our customers on business processes, solution definition with ServiceNow and requirements management during implementation.

You support customers in the conception of interfaces to other systems as well as the migration of processes and data.

You are able to think from the perspective of our customers, identify challenges, systematically outline solutions and implement appropriate solutions using building blocks from the Kyndryl portfolio and its partner ecosystem.

You can facilitate workshops, present to client’s audiences and Executive-Level.

Who You Are

We are seeking a SIAM Consultant who can develop a company's Service management strategy. This strategy incorporates Service Catalog definition, definition of business needs, and advice our customers in any SIAM topic to improve the maturity level of their IT Service Management environment.
- Minimum 5Years of Experience with consulting methodologies.
- Experience in leading workshops, developing use cases and implementing them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication (French/English)
- Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Ability to translate visions into executable projects with clarity and purpose
- Experience in the implementation and integration of different modules of ServiceNow: ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR,..
- Experience in driving the transformation management and change management for our customers migrating to ServiceNow solutions.
- Experience in implementation and configuration of ServiceNow according to business needs.
- Willingness to travel in Belgium & Luxemburg, on Kyndryl location and at the client's premises

- InDepth technical Knowledge of ServiceNow components (hands-on experience in the implementation of ServiceNow modules, in particular ITSM, ITBM and GRC) is a plus
- Management experience is a plus
- Certification as ServiceNow Consultant will be preferred.
- Familiar with the design and/or implementation of ServiceNow integrations to other systems (e.g. ServiceNow to ServiceNow or other ITSM tool suites, Azure, SAP).
- Experience in designing and building a CMDB in ServiceNow
- Familiar with IT organisational models, IT governance, management and operational models as well as IT financing models
