Fund Services Manager

**About the role**:
As a Fund Services Manager you will work in a team of bright and motivated individuals to drive the growth and performance of the fundcraft brand. You will manage a high functioning team serving prestigious clients in the alternative investment industry. In that team, you will be responsible for delivering services via the fundcraft platform to one or several clients while reporting directly to the Head of Fund Services. You will be accountable for timely and qualitatively delivering of the range of services offered by fundcraft to clients. In your mission, you will be supported by associates and senior associates whom you will be responsible for managing, training and growing.

**What you can expect to do in the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and act as a primary contact and escalation point and resolution,
- proactively manage the team to ensure all services are delivered on time and in a qualitative manner,
- oversee and control of quality output of all Capital transactions and records,
- implement the fundcraft policies, procedures and best-practice guidelines,
- represent the team, department or company fundcraft at on-site visits with all stakeholders,
- collaborate with all stakeholders, be solution driven, problem solving oriented and embrace change,
- understand the model and services offered by fundcraft Services, propose and develop operational improvements in consultation with the other managers,
- ensure all team members are set for success, taking into account skills, competencies gaps and career plans,
- implement training plan and buddy system when needed.

**Must-Have Experience / Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Finance or Law
- Have 4-6 years experience in a similar position, or in a Fund/Corporate role with client exposure
- Managerial experience
- Knowledge of Luxembourg Fund Industry
- English: fluent level (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Google workspace and Microsoft Office

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- German or French would be beneficial
