**| Your challenges?**:
- Manage the support activities for the Kondor and Protocoll software solutions within the Securities Lending IT technical team.
- Implement the recommended solutions and ensure their successful execution.
- Collaborate with the hosting provider to address any technical issues or requirements.
- Ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of incidents to minimize business disruptions.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and stability of the Kondor and Protocoll systems.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to SQL (Oracle, Sybase), Shell, and Java technologies.
**| What do we expect from you?**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Securities Lending IT support.
- Strong expertise in SQL (Oracle, Sybase) for database management.
- Proficient in Shell scripting for automation and system maintenance tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Proactive attitude and ability to propose innovative solutions to enhance system performance.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the technical team and external hosting provider.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
