**What you will be doing**
- Partner with our advanced AI systems to resolve sophisticated technical challenges that require human insight and creativity, while continuously improving our AI capabilities through your expertise
**What you will NOT be doing**
- Taking a leisurely onboarding journey - you'll need to master multiple products within your first month
- Depending on management for solutions - self-sufficiency and problem-solving independence are crucial for success
**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the critical bridge between AI technology and human technical expertise, focusing on resolving complex customer issues while enhancing our AI-powered support infrastructure
- Native or business-level German language proficiency
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in technical support or engineering
- Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools and platforms in professional environments
