The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects or workstreams of a larger project across Lombard Odier Europe. This role focuses on the design and implementation of transversal projects across the organization, which could include, among others, regulatory, customer experience and process re-engineering projects.
YOUR ROLE:
- Under the supervision of the Head of Transformation Europe,
- Support senior team members in running existing or new projects to:
- Define project scope, own and manage project goals, risks, issues, timeframe and resources/budget
- Create structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals, resources needed, potential risks and budget constraints
- Develop communication and reporting strategy, coordinate between stakeholders for progress reviews, key decisions, documentation and approvals
- Be an active contributor of Group or Local projects seeking collaboration with other functions representatives in Lombard Odier European offices to transpose project related changes and policies in the affiliated offices.
- Ensure engagement and tracking of projects progress to support the Head of Transformation Europe and Senior management to ensure that deadlines are met.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master’s degree in Business, Law, Economics or equivalent. Knowledge of European financial services regulations applicable to private banking and wealth management
- First successful experience in Project Management in a consulting firm, a bank or an insurance company.- Strong team spirit and eager to learn quickly- Excellent communication skills, ability to understand complex information and transpose it to the business environment- 'Can do' attitude and ability to work in an entrepreneurial, delivery-focused manner- Self-starter and able to work independently.- At ease with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent written and spoken English and French.
