**Teamleader Solution Management (m/w/d)**

**Die artelis-Gruppe, die 2006 gegründet wurde, bündelt die Aktivitäten der beiden Telekommunikationsunternehmen cegecom s.a. (seit 1999 in Luxemburg tätig) und VSE NET GmbH (seit 1998 in Deutschland tätig). Aufbauend auf die langjährige Erfahrung beider Unternehmen ist die artelis-Gruppe in der Lage, neue Produkte schneller und vorteilhafter auf den Markt zu bringen und seine Dienstleistungen grenzübergreifend anzubieten. Standorte und Rechenzentren befinden sich sowohl in Luxemburg als auch in Deutschland.**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Verständnis der Kundenbedürfnisse und der Herausforderungen des Projekts.
- Durchführung von Studien und zusätzlichen Recherchen in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Teams.
- Umsetzung des Lastenhefts in Spezifikationen für die technischen Abteilungen
- Entwurf einer relevanten technologischen Lösung in Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Leitung und den Projektmanagern.
- Sicherstellung der Durchführbarkeit und der Rentabilität des Projekts für das Unternehmen (Validierung des Business Case).
- Ausarbeitung der technische Vorschlag
- Begleitung des Account Managers beim Kundentermin, zur technische Unterstützung
- Formalisierung der Prozesse für die Beantwortung von Ausschreibungen.
- Neue Ideen initiieren und entwickeln
- Durchführung einer Markt
- und Konkurrenzbeobachtung
- Management der Teammitglieder

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Telekommunikation oder ICT.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Anpassungsfähigkeit an verschiedene technische Bereiche
- Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Telekom-Übertragungstechnologien, Telefonie (VoIP/PBX), Hosting und Cloud-Angebote
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerk und Sicherheit.
- Proaktivität, Kontaktfreudigkeit und Sinn für Teamarbeit.
- Redaktionelle und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Beherrschung der Deutschen und englischen Sprache.
