We serve the investment fund industry and act as a Data Hub, consolidating the documents and datasets that power regulatory reporting across regimes (Annual Statements, Fund Tax Reporting, AIFMD, KIID, PRIIPs, Risk, ESG, and more).

As the market moves from static reports to continuous data flows, the boundary between fund data and regulatory reporting is narrowing. This shift turns our Data Hub into a source of intelligence for AI driven analytics and automation.

Against this backdrop, you will join our Data Solutions Team to modernize document and data management—applying AI, cloud native architecture, and disciplined data engineering to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes.

Your contribution to our success 

1.    Be an actor in our digital projects, bringing AI and data science techniques to document ingestion, matching, scrubbing, and anomaly detection.
2.    Co design our TOM (Target Operating Model) within the Operate Reloaded program, aligning people, process, and technology for scalable data operations.
3.    Contribute to cloud data architecture patterns (data lakehouse, streaming, APIs), data governance (catalog, lineage, quality), and MLOps pipelines.
4.    Thoroughly understand end to end process flows; propose improvements that increase data quality, lineage transparency, and throughput.
5.    Connect internally with reporting teams and externally with prestigious clients to translate regulatory needs into data products and services.
6.    Participate in daily operations for document/data collection using RPA and workflow orchestrators (e.g., n8n); integrate GenAI/NLP with human in the loop controls where useful.
7.    Review results of matching and scrubbing processes; set up rules, statistical checks, and ML based outlier detection to flag issues early.
8.    Investigate anomalies, communicate findings, and proceed with ad hoc corrections; contribute to playbooks that standardize remediation.

Your skills

1.    Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or similar.
2.    Exposure to UCITS, AIFMD, PRIIPs, and ESG regulations is a plus; interest in developing financial domain knowledge is welcome.
3.    Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, a pragmatic mind set, and a drive to turn messy, real world data into reliable, reusable assets.
4.    Communicate clearly and present confidently; able to translate technical concepts for non technical audiences and collaborate across business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
5.    Are proficient in SQL (needed) and Python (needed) for data science, automation, and scripting; R is a plus. Excel/VBA is helpful for operations.
6.    Familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI; experience with dashboards and semantic layers is appreciated.
7.    Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure/AWS) and data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake); experience with containers and version control (Git) is a strong plus.
8.    Experience with GenAI/NLP, prompt design, evaluation/guardrails, and human in the loop review is appreciated.
9.    Familiarity with orchestration and automation (e.g., n8n; RPA where useful), MLOps (e.g., MLflow, model monitoring/rollback), and CI/CD is valued.
10.    Understanding of data governance and catalog/lineage/quality solutions; willing to take reasonable steps to support privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
11.    Are fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
