- Partner with global teams to understand Compliance related current and future challenges, identify region-specific challenges and opportunities
- Create Seller experiences for the AHA enrolled-sellers, with the focus on staying within Compliance for Sellers and Amazon
- Build and align on AHA-specific processes to maintain program integrity and drive integration with service providers
- Work with internal business owners, product managers, and engineering teams to define process requirements and release schedules
- Drive key stakeholder and leadership engagement to support the seller experience for the AHA cohort
- Build mechanisms to ensure quality in service and process efficiency A day in the life As the AHA compliance lead you will be self-sufficiently running projects with the aim to reduce seller friction and business disruption with the correct engagement model, communication (internal and seller-facing) related to enforcement and remediation processes worldwide. You will lead multiple efforts from initial scoping to final implementation. You are expected to build quick turnaround pilots to complex long-term solutions. You will work cross-organizational with various stakeholders. Building strong relationship with regional stakeholders and having a solid understanding of the variety of Compliance topics will be critical to success. As the compliance field is under liability and can come with a financial risk for Amazon, you need to have the ability to prioritize efforts and develop workarounds for potential blockers. You will advocate for our Sellers and need to challenge the status quo, championing ideas to improve the experience and path forward for our Sellers.
- 6+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- PMP certificate
