DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Marketplace is a key part of Amazon which offers millions of Selling Partners the opportunity to build and grow their business using Amazon’s reach and expertise. Selling Partners are our customers and we help them to sell their products to hundreds of millions of Amazon buyers world-wide. We are seeking a curious and creative marketer with who thrives in a fast-paced environment, to drive excellence in our ability to effectively engage with Selling Partners across different communication channels with focus on the EU region, in order to help them grow their business on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will own driving scalable marketing communications solutions that deliver measurable impact across our Selling Partner ecosystem, leveraging AI-powered analytics and tools to optimize reach and effectiveness. You will partner with multiple product and program teams across geographies to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies, influencing communication roadmaps and maintaining exceptional standards for targeting, content relevance, and campaign performance, using advanced analytics to track and improve core KPIs.

You will own developing and implementing sophisticated marketing strategies that maximize engagement and conversion rates, leveraging machine learning insights and quantitative analysis; you will strategically identify opportunities to leverage AI tools for scaling marketing workflows and content creation where it enhances impact, while ensuring you maintain a deep connection to the Selling Partner Experience by combining technology with human insight to continuously improve how Selling Partners engage with our communications, through systematic testing and data-driven optimization of every initiative you drive.

You will identify communication barriers and engagement obstacles through predictive analytics and behavioral data, collaborating with product owners to streamline the journey from message to action, thus driving higher program adoption rates and more effective response to call-to-action messaging.

A day in the life
To be successful in this role, you will have strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and to influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will be relentless in diving deep, asking “why” and “what if”, and in always keeping the Selling Partner and their needs and opportunities at the centre of all that you do. You will be a self-starter comfortable with rolling up your sleeves to deal with ambiguity, showing strong attention to detail, displaying sharp analytical ability and at the same time able to think big and search for what is over the horizon.

About the team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in professional non-internship marketing
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
