Continental Europe Payroll Senior Manager

Our client is a well-established international investment management firm based in Luxembourg.
They are looking for a Senior Manager to join their Continental Europe payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration for their employees across 15 countries across Europe. This senior role will lead from the front collaborating with an HR shared services team and interacting with different stakeholders in HR, finance, taxAutonomy and out of the box thinking approach are expected to contribute to ongoing improvement of the processes.

Your Responsibilities
- Ensuring high standards are met across CE payroll operations internally and with payroll vendor
- Create structure and governance for CE payroll audits.
- Full ownership and understanding of all financial aspects of payroll.
- Contribute towards the ongoing payroll transformation program and other change programs across the organisation.
- Payroll Compliance
- Special Projects - quality control including monitoring and managing exceptions, audits, changes in payrolls, ongoing transitions to shared service centre.
- Data Management - managing master data integration and other variable data flows and data-level exceptions
- Trainings - develop and conduct trainings for the Payroll operations supporting EMEA region.
Your Profile
- Excellent knowledge of CE payroll, employment tax and social security legislation
- Strong knowledge about cross-border workers payroll, tax treaties and other international employment legislation
- Previous Payroll Compliance management experience across multiple geographies in Europe
- Excellent attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English, additional language would be an advantage.
