**“Key Account Manager (M/F/D)”**
with exemplary service and project management knowledge and outstanding communication skills to manage our service delivery to our institutional and international clients.
Your remit will be to deal with all aspects of the delivery of our services to our clients. This will include:
- Service Level Management, in particular for the set-up and the constant monitoring of Service Level Agreements for managed services,
- Availability Management, in particular the availability of the infrastructure and resources, and our
- Capacity Management, in particular the planning of future resources (both internal staff and external partners)
You will have to draft reports in English language, submitted to our clients on a regular basis. Furthermore, you will analyse problems and issues and propose solutions to the client in close collaboration with our team. You will work in our “service delivery”-team reporting directly to our lead service delivery manager.
This requires experience in working in a business and IT environment and an understanding of the motivation behind commercial decisions.
**Profile and qualifications**
- at least 5 years’ experience in a similar position working with International Organisations or European Institutions;
- university degree in computer sciences, economics, business administration or equivalent by experience;
- perfect command of English is mandatory (C2 level), French and/or German would be a distinct advantage;
- hard and pro-active worker with excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal);
- able to operate independently and in a team with sense of responsibilities;
- ability to work effectively on multiple, concurrent projects being able to work to deadlines;
- certification in ITIL foundation (or higher), PMI or Prince2;
- a first experience with managed services (outsourcing) would be beneficial;
- very good command of MS Office suite;
- Work place: Luxembourg-Bertrange with regular short-term onsite missions to the client’s sites (e.g. Netherlands, Germany, France, Estonia, etc).
