SECO Luxembourg recherche un(e) Key Account Manager orienté(e) business et relation client, prêt(e) à jouer un rôle clé dans le développement commercial et la qualité du contact humain avec nos partenaires du secteur de la construction.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gestion des clients : Gérer et développer un portefeuille de clients existants, avec une présence régulière sur le terrain.
  • Élaboration des offres : Préparer les offres avec les équipes techniques et en assurer la cohérence commerciale. Présenter, argumenter et négocier les offres avec les clients jusqu'à la conclusion du contrat.
  • Prospection de clients : Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et mettre en place des stratégies de prospection ciblées.
  • Gestion des contrats et de la documentation : Responsabilité de la gestion des contrats, accords, et autres documents pertinents.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes internes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différentes équipes pour assurer un service fluide et professionnel.

Compétences requises

  • Formation ou diplôme dans le domaine de la construction, du commerce technique ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction commerciale B2B (idéalement dans la construction ou une industrie connexe).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, écoute active et négociation.
  • Aisance relationnelle, sens du service client et capacité à créer un climat de confiance.
  • Bonnes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et à faire le lien entre clients et experts internes.

Compétences utiles

  • Connaissances techniques dans le domaine de la construction et compréhension des normes et réglementations du secteur.
  • La connaissance de l'Allemand constitue un atout.
