**Oversight Officer - 12 months (F/M)**:
**Your role**

We’re looking for an Oversight Officer to:

- Conduct initial due diligence and on-going monitoring on Delegates (Portfolio Managers and Distributors).
- Liaise with Delegates and internal stakeholders to follow-up on status and performance of delegated activities and perform ongoing monitoring on the delegated functions.
- Draft concise and high-quality due diligence assessment summarizing the related findings on the Delegates (e.g. Portfolio Managers and Distributors).
- Ensure Delegates’ AML/KYC files are up to date and all the information and documents are recorded in the database.
- Producing senior management reports and fund boards packs.

**Your team**

You’ll be working within the portfolio management and distribution oversight functions of UBS Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. in Luxembourg. Our teams are responsible for overseeing the portfolio management and distribution activities of our delegates across all of our investment fund range domiciled in Luxembourg.

**Your expertise**
- ideally 3-5 years’ relevant experience in a management company, in a legal firm or in an advisory firm
- master’s degree in finance or in business law
- collaborative personality and strong communicator, with an organizational mind-set
- proactive and solution-oriented, with good judgment skills
- good understanding of the fund investment industry
- fluent in English, German would be an advantage
