Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - Fiduciary - ManCo

You administer the legal and corporate proceedings relating to the lifecycles of various unregulated investment vehicles, their parent companies and other firms within your portfolio.

You prepare board and shareholder meetings, draft minutes and produce the cascading documentation relating to various corporate proceedings of your portfolio. Depending on the complexity, you may be asked to assist.

You coordinate the team’s interactions with external third parties. Namely, lawyers and notaries, auditors, banks and regulators to name a few.

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you review and delegate the deliverables of the junior members of the team and offer guidance and mentoring to them. Your crucial support will render them confident and independent within their functions.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - Corporate - Legal - Fiduciary - ManCo

You possess at least 4 years of experience within a similar role in Luxembourg. Experiences within service providers such as a PFS, fiduciary or even a Management Company are necessary.

Your mastery of English is advanced. You are an engaging communicator both in writing and orally and enjoy working in an international setting.

You possess a great deal of insight within the AIF sector in Luxembourg and have ideally been exposed to SPVs.
