**Your Responsibilities**|** Senior Fund Lawyer - Investment Funds - Legal - AIF - UCITS**
- You will support the structuring, setup, and lifecycle management of investment funds, particularly closed-ended funds.
- You will provide legal advice on fund formation and structuring.
- You will liaise with regulatory bodies and advise clients on CSSF requirements and ongoing obligations.
- You will interact with colleagues from global offices and participate in cross-border projects and knowledge sharing.
- You may also be involved in mentoring junior associates and contributing to internal knowledge initiatives.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Senior Fund Lawyer - Investment Funds - Legal - AIF - UCITS**
- You have a **minimum of 5 years** of experience as a fund lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, with a solid focus on AIFs. Experience with UCITS is an asset.
- You are fluent in both English and French, which is key to your integration and client communications. Any additional language is a plus.
- You are autonomous, **pragmatic**, and enjoy working in an intellectually stimulating environment.
- You have strong exposure to Luxembourg fund regulations and experience with CSSF interactions and requirements. Your international mindset and willingness to grow in a global structure makes you a great fit for this role.
