Our Luxembourg Funds team's latest opportunity for a Senior Associate offers the perfect platform for success, allowing you to work closely with partners and high profile clients while driving innovation in what we do and how we do it.

Key Responsibilities
- As part of our dynamic and multidisciplinary team, you will:

- Handle different regulatory matters, and in particular:

- **fund setups in all aspects**, including involvement from the outset of a file in the structuring of the fund, to managing complex closings with side letter review and issuance of legal opinions
- **investor due diligence**, including review of fund documents, issuing due diligence reports and assisting the investor with the negotiation of the fund documents, side letters and legal opinions
- **other significant regulatory work**, such as setup of MiFID firms, AIFMs, Depositaries or Fund Administrations
- Work in a structured, supportive environment that cultivates professional development
- Collaborate with experienced lawyers while contributing to innovative legal strategies
- Play a role in coaching and mentoring junior team members, supervising trainees, and nurturing talent within the team

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Registered with the Luxembourg bar or a foreign EU bar
- Experienced, with a minimum of 5 years PQE as funds lawyer and/or significant in-house position in Luxembourg
- Knowledgeable, with an impeccable command of relevant regulatory legislation
- Skilled, with solid project management capacities for leading the setup of regulated and unregulated funds, and communication / coordination with the CSSF
- Bilingual or multilingual, with excellent English (both written and spoken) and French (spoken) language skills; good command of German language would be considered a strong asset
- Organised and efficient, able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively, including delegation of work at appropriate level
- Open-minded and flexible, working autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, keen to use latest technology to enhance efficiency
