**Your missions**

As Team Leader PCS, you will:

- Develop, coach and manage a team of 5 to 6 customer officers,
- Act as deputy for the Manager of the Department in his/her absence
- Be the point of escalation for partners at all stages of all contracts and ensure the customers are satisified with the service level
- Act as a role model in all relations with both internal and external customers to promote a culture of customer orientation
- Support various areas of the business when it comes to analyzing current contracts and processes
- Coordinate with other departments across the Company to ensure that changes in processes, procedures and work instructions are updated accordingly to the internal rules and other areas are communicated & planned for
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of services, review procedures and ensure quality improvements are made as required.
- Support improvement projects as required

**Your ideal profile**
- A minimum of 7 years of experience working in a customer service department within the financial/insurance sector
- Former experience as Team Leader
- Experience of working with contract/policy administration systems, insurance products
- Experience in client/partner relationship management
- Excellent communication skills (being able to build effective relationships and adapt communication style to the counterparty, always in a professional manner)
- Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project
- Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices
- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
- Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
