Partner Migration Program Lead

The right person will be starter finisher with good analytical skills and possess 10-15 years of partner and business development experience.
- Experience in selling large transformation projects with customers in EMEA.
- Demonstrated success with managing cross group collaboration and multiple projects in a matrix and high growth organization.
- A proven leader with previous regional and cross boarder management responsibility.
- Breadth of expertise in private and public Cloud Computing (i.e. AWS platform), technologies and architectural best practices
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is a key.
- Strong written communication skills and fluency are paramount; high degree of comfort presenting to technical and senior leadership audiences.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience required

We are seeking experienced professionals for the strategic role of Partner Migration Program lead. Due to unprecedented growth in the number of cloud migrations we are expanding our EMEA team to the next level. As a leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and deliver on our large migration strategy by working with our key partners to support organizations transition to cloud. You will own the migration goals for our partners in EMEA, have an assigned Solution Architect and leverage proven programs and the deep experience and capability across our Solution Architects, Partners, Professional Services, and Business Development team.

This role will focus on working with selected consulting and systems integrator partners, their AWS partner managers and AWS account teams to create compelling commercial propositions that convert pipeline and lead to large enterprises migrating to AWS.
By establishing and growing business and technical relationships, and collaborating closely on joint sales engagements, you will be responsible for driving pipeline, new revenue growth, increased market adoption and the expansion of the partners AWS migration practice.

Key job responsibilities
- Leading the Partner Migration Program in EMEA entails the following:

- Own the Partner Core goals for MAP in terms of Partner Originated MAP wins and Partner recruitment and enablement across EMEA
- Identify and develop Migration Competency partners for EMEA and support local partner leadership on MAP goals
- Actively participate in the evolving strategy of the program by making meaningful contributions to key narratives and planning documents developed from the central program team. Both providing insight from the execution of the program locally and thinking big about how the program can evolve
- Lead the enablement of internal and external partner teams on AWS migration programs
- Work with partners to build the top of the funnel migration pipeline and assist partners in moving the MAP pipeline through the various sales stages
- Support partners as needed to deliver key MAP activities such as Assess (Business Case and Migration Readiness Assessment), Mobilize (Migration Readiness and Planning), and Migrate and Modernize
- Maintain a monthly, quarterly MAP forecast for EMEA

About the team
The EMEA Partner Migrations team (PMP team) is a group of Business Development professionals that are goaled on winning Partner Originated MAP migrations. The individuals are experts on AWS’ MAP program and are responsible for driving the Partner enablement and execution within a region. Given the strategic importance of migrations and modernization we are recruiting a Business Developer to drive our partner strategy in a specific region. The individual will develop a community of partners across EMEA and supplement the regional leads to drive GTM and sales pursuits.

- Working experience and knowledge of data center migrations and transformation are desired.
- A knowledge or experience in selling/delivering large consulting engagements with a P&L responsibility.
