Change Management Consultant Expert

infeurope is looking for a **Change management consultant Expert** with at least **10 years of experience.**

**Start**:15/09/2025** End**:14/09/2026** Extension?**Yes, up to four (3) renewals of twelve (12) months each

**Location of Consultants**
- **Hybrid** (up to 50% on-site presence, with the actual working arrangement to be agreed with the client on an ongoing basis)

**TASKS**
- Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure alignment between technical delivery and people-side change;
- Conduct readiness assessments and impact analysis of the changes to be implemented;
- Identify and build sponsor coalition; select and prepare change management team together with the Project Manager and Project Team;
- Coach and equip senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsors and help their direct reports through transitions;
- Identify and address anticipated and ad-hoc resistance from any stakeholders;
- Produce change management artifacts to improve internal awareness and adoption, while ensuring alignment with the client’s brand guidelines and the client’s Communications team;
- Review and provide quality assurance for change management support material prepared by the client’s staff and other consultants;
- Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans;
- Provide project team with tools to monitor and support the adoption of the project changes post go-live
- Facilitate workshops and training on change capability building and leadership.

The Consultant is expected to focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology.

**DELIVERABLES**
- Create and lead change management actionable deliverables needed to support the change adoption, including change management plans and stakeholder engagement plans;
- Support the client’s Communication team in delivering communications plans, including communications materials (presentations, speaking notes, videos etc.);
- Support the Project Teams in delivering training plan, resistance management plan;
- Support BSPM in the delivery of the change management strategy and implementation roadmap following a structured methodology (PROSCI).

**DESIRED CONSULTANT**

**Technical skills**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience as Change Manager. Experience with EU institutions or similar public sector bodies is an asset but not a must; (senior consultant)
- Minimum 10 years of experience as Change Manager. Experience with EU institutions or similar public sector bodies is an asset but not a must; (expert consultant)
- Proven experience in change impact analysis and ability to assess how changes affect people, processes, systems, and tools;
- Proven experience in delivering change management artifacts, including, Change Management Plan, following PROSCI methodology;
- Understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies (AGILE and Waterfall) and integration with change

initiatives;
- Experience in delivering Communication Plan and in designing structured communication strategies

aligned with change goals;
- Experience in designing and delivering Change Management training for multiple audience;
- Experience in workshops design and in facilitating workshops and retrospective sessions;
- Advanced skills in MS 365 tools, such as: TEAMS, Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Copilot, Whiteboard;
- Certification in PROSCI is a must.
