Wir suchen ein **Junior Payroll Specialist / Personalsachbearbeiter Gehaltsabrechnung (m/w/d)**für eine Firma in Echternach.

**Arbeitsbeschreibung**:

- Eigenständige Abwicklung der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unsere Mitarbeiter am Standort Echternach Pflege und Nachhaltung der Stammdaten
- Key-User für das Zeiterfassungssystem ;
- Agieren als erster Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen ;
- Korrespondenz und Abstimmung mit den zuständigen Behörden in Luxemburg ;
- Abwicklung administrativer Tätigkeiten (Erstellung arbeitsvertraglicher Dokumente sowie von Bescheinigungen und Zeugnissen, Pflege der Mitarbeiterakten, Bearbeitung von Mitarbeiteranfragen etc.) ;
- Monatliche Erstellung von Statistiken, Auswertungen und Meldungen ;
- Mitarbeit an Projekten im Personalbereich

**Ihr Profil**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Betriebswirtschaft und Personal o.Ä. ;
- Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration sowie Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung, vorzugsweise in Luxemburg ;
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und vorzugsweise gute französische Sprachkenntnisse ;
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Empathie ;
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise ;
- Sorgfalt, Genauigkeit und absolute Verschwiegenheit sind selbstverständlich ;
- Routinierter Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und idealerweise mit Zeiterfassungs
- und Gehaltsabrechnungssystemen (Tide, Apsal)
