**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the input of additional pay data as required ensuring proper payment to each employee
- Checks that the data are in accordance with the tax, social and Labor Law rules
- Gaining detailed Operational excellence of all pay processing rules related to the employees’ pay and ensuring those rules are maintained in the payroll system
- Ensures that the payroll instructions are well understood by the Payroll staff and applied with accuracy through the payroll calculation
- Review of the salary outcome documents
- Manages the day-to-day relationship with all relevant third-parties (authorities, benefits providers, employees) and clients
- Answering questions from employees and managers and resolve payroll questions and issues
- Communicate directly with employees and managers on all general payroll issues
- Process Payroll Reports i.e. new-hire, leavers, monthly group report etc. (with the assistance of the Payroll department members)
- Responsible for liaison between the Finance Department and Payroll
- Training of more Junior colleagues
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience
- Very good understanding of Luxembourg payroll
- Good understanding of the legislation and statutory requirements
- Knowledge of Absal
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong excel skills
- Excellent English - written and verbal as well as fluent French communication skills
