**_ Afin de renforcer notre département Financial Services, nous recrutons un Business Analyste en Assurance (H/F/X)_**

**VOS MISSIONS**:
En qualité de consultant, **vous intervenez chez nos clients du secteur de l'assurance et les accompagnez **dans la réalisation de leurs projets **MOA**:

- **Identifier les exigences fonctionnelle**s pour les évolutions souhaitées et documenter les besoins du business pour les développements
- **Rédaction **des **spécifications fonctionnelles** générales
- **Piloter **la phase de **test**:

- Suivi et accompagnement des phases **d'homologation **et de **mise en production**:

- Conduite de **changement**
- Etre le garant de la **bonne communication** entre les différentes équipes (métiers et IT)

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous êtes Titulaire d’un** **Master ou équivalent**:

- Vous avez un minimum **3 années d'expérience** sur des projets MOA dans le domaine des **assurances vie**:

- Vous avez des connaissance relatves aux cycles de projet
- Vous maîtrisez les requêtes **SQL**:

- Si vous avez une connaissance de progiciels du secteur : C'est un atout
- Vous avez un très bon sens de **l'organisation**,
- Vous avez un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Très bon **communicant**, vous avez le sens du **contact**:

- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le** **Français** et avez un **bon niveau d'anglais**
