Notre client, un cabinet renommé situé au Kirchberg, cherche à renforcer son équipe HR en intégrant un(e) Payroll Officer. Avec une excellente infrastructure, des horaires très aménageables et une équipe soudée, cette société offre un environnement prestigieux et humain.

**Payroll Officer - Votre rôle**:

- Coordination des fiches de paie pour les employés internes.
- Gestion complète du secrétariat social, incluant les contacts réguliers avec les institutions telles que la CCSS, la CNS, et autres organismes sociaux.
- Gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs externes.
- Collaboration avec la fiduciaire pour les documents comptables et fiscaux relatifs aux employés.
- Support à l'équipe RH dans diverses tâches administratives, notamment la gestion des contrats, le suivi des congés, des absences pour maladie, et autres questions liées à la gestion du personnel.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplôme en ressources humaines ou en paie.
- Expérience d'au **moins 2 ans en gestion de la paie au Luxembourg (impératif).**:

- Maîtrise du logiciel** Educos ou PeopleSoft.**:

- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (C1 minimum).
