**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee daily fund administration tasks, including fund accounting, NAV calculations, and investor reporting.
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, such as portfolio managers, auditors, and investors, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of information.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of fund transactions, cash flows, and portfolio holdings.
- Prepare and review fund financial statements, compliance reports, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in the implementation and enhancement of fund administration processes and systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law
- Proven experience in fund administration or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of investment funds, fund structures, and related regulatory requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
