Insurance Product Development Officer

ABOUT THE JOB l What will you do? ABOUT YOU l What’s your background?
You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Actively contribute to defining new products and
product features
- Act as a key participant in product development
initiatives and projects
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, in
particular: Sales, Customer Lifecycle Management,
Customer Service, Project Management, Risk and Legal
- Manage third party insurance products distributed by
Advanzia
- Define relevant KPIs and ensure regular reporting
- Define and execute the marketing approach for new
product features
- Conduct ongoing competitive analyses and market
research
- Initiate regular and targeted customer feedback
through surveys
- Bachelor and/or master’s degree in economics/
business, or equivalent education
- 3 - 5 years of experience in an insurance, financial
services and/or retail banking environment
- Well-practiced in analysing data for the purpose of
improving product features and processes
