Junior Paralegal Officer

We are currently looking for a **Paralegal** to support our growing operations in the **Legal** department.

**Job Specification**
- Assisting and participating in creation of legal documents including financial services contracts and investment fund prospectuses, private placement memoranda and offering memoranda, and legal publications for both UCITS and alternative fund structures.
- Data Room management;
- Document cross-checking, making document amendments and document imaging/scanning;
- Liaising with external counsel and also with notaries regarding all notarial deeds;
- Act as the supporting point for AML requests and KYC process;
- Able to realize the legalizing and apostilling of documents;
- Assisting the team with legal research and/or legal issues;
- Supporting the person in charge of a file;
- Assisting other staff with daily work;
- Translation of legal documents;
- Taking part in projects and internal meetings; and
- Other ad hoc assignments.

**Skills required**
- A legal diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg legal and regulatory environment.
- Team player with a hands-on personality.
- Highly organized and understanding the importance of deadlines;
- Proactive and professional with strong communication skills;
- Open-minded, dynamic, flexible and capable of working in a team in an organised and independent manner.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Other languages are considered a bonus.
