We have an exciting opportunity in our HR Team for a HR Operations Senior Officer, Reporting.
Working in a dynamic team in a growing global business, your role will cover the full employee life cycle.
In addition, we will value your support of ongoing projects across multiple entities belonging to the Apex Group in Luxembourg.
We are currently looking for one **HR operations senior officer, reporting **to support our growing **Human Resources Team**.
**Job Specification**:
Main scope of responsibilities: reporting and data management
- Analyse, format and present large volumes of data.
- Produce standard HR dashboards and KPI’s to support HR Business Partners and Apex group Centers Of Excellence.
- Produce reporting to stick to regulatory requirements
- Create statistic and reports for internal and external parties.
- Create ad-hoc reporting based on Business and HR needs.
- Build and maintain workflows to ensure consistency of data input and output in the HR system.
Additional activities: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR Operations function and duties, such as:
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies), including the maintenance of the employee and time management system.
- Manage administrative tasks related to employees’ life cycle and communicate with public services as required.
- Actively participate in the change management processes within the HR department as well as within the organization.
- Successful completion of a business administration, economics or similar university degree, a major in Human Resources is considered as an advantage.
- Experience in a HR or a statistics Department preferred.
- Proven track record in building a robust and reliable reporting structure.
- Ability to manage high volume of data, coming from different sources.
- Analytical mind, able to convert a large volume of information into usable data.
- Ability to work successfully both in a team as well as independently
- Hands-on approach, positive mindset and continuous strive for new challenges.
- Ability to handle confidential aspects in a discrete and constructive manner.
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, German is considered as an asset.
