**Help us shape the future**
- Responsible for the paid traffic acquisition activities of multiple products in the company.
- Plans, coordinates and executes paid traffic acquisition strategies and campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and new product launches.
- Manages budget allocation and reports costs to the company, updating necessary departments throughout the campaigns.
- Leads the products integration process into the Group’s and the Department’s established systems/processes.
- Develops strategic recommendations based on the thorough analytics.
- Acts as first point of contact for the Board members, department leaders, product owners and managers concerning department-level projects, tasks and report requests (eg. Finance, Legal).
- Coordinates traffic acquisition related projects between multiple entities and/or teams within the Group, delegates sufficient resources according to products/project requirements Identifies and evaluates new media opportunities.
- Negotiates, builds and fosters positive relationship with media partners
- Reports regularly to the Line Manager/Board members.
- Leads and develops a team of digital marketing professionals, recruiting team members and allocating resources based on the Products’ needs defined by the Management Delegates tasks, set deadlines, plan and prioritize workload on team, communicate this to the Team Leader.
- Coaches, cascades department goals, and conducts performance evaluation of the Team Leader.
- Participates in media buy events, representing the company.
- Undertakes any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
**Qualifications**:
- 8+ years of experience in media buying/marketing position.
- 2+ years of experience in team leadership.
- High understanding of performance channel metrics (CPM, CPC, CPL, CPI, CPA).
- B2B media buying experience.
- Experience in online marketing and current knowledge of trends and innovations in traffic industry.
- An excellent level of English.
- Proactivity and initiative to implement new ideas.
- Test new concepts and try new sources.
- Ability to manage the planning and buying process with ease and create engaging media plans that ladder up to strategic. communications objectives for clients.
- Detailed and organized: dedication to managing detailed information to ensure error free work and streamlined communications to partners/management.
- Multi-tasking: ability to handle multiple projects at once and to manage shifting priorities on day-to
- day workload.
- Strong communication skills: ability to discuss recommendations and explain rationale both verbally and in written documents as well as deliver engaging presentations.
- Forward thinking: ability to use foresight to anticipate questions, problems and obstacles.
- Discretion and treating confidential information appropriately is a must.
