**US Bank Global Fund Services Luxembourg S.a.r.l, (the “Company”) has been authorised by the Commission de Surveillance de Secteur Financier’s (“CSSF”) to be licensed as a PFS offering fund administration, transfer agency, client communication and domiciliary agent activities to Luxembourg domiciled alternative investment fund structures and their SPVs.**:
**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Client Service**:

- ** Serve as a key operational contact during the onboarding of new clients or new fund launches for existing clients working closely with Client Onboarding Manager to document the service level agreement with the client including different deliverables required by the client from the operations team**:

- ** Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Private Equity/Debt, Hybrid and Alternatives portfolio investments, most common Luxembourg AIF fund structures including any related legal and tax considerations**:

- ** Thorough understanding of US Bank different products, operations model and different systems used by the operations team**:

- ** Requires project management skills to initiate, oversee and track progress of systems set-up of the Funds from the technology team for the operations team and make sure readiness before the 1st service/reporting requirement**:

- ** Provide weekly updates and drive engagement from different stakeholders mainly operations team and technology team about the operations model and Fund set-up progress and any adjustment if required.**:

- ** Minimum 5 years experience of the same or similar capacity with experience in Alternatives Funds, exposure to Luxembourg domiciled Private Equity/Debt, Hybrid AIF Funds is preferred but not essential**:

- ** Strong oral and written communication skills;**:

- ** Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) is essential**:

- ** Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities**:

- ** Positive ‘can do’ attitude with excellent problem solving skills**:

- ** Detail-oriented and adept at dealing with ambiguity**:

- ** Team player and excellent interpersonal skills**:

- ** Strong organisational and administrative skills;**:

- ** Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximise efficiency and to meet strict deadlines**:

- ** Proficiency in Advent Geneva and Mantra is a plus**:

- ** You hold a Bachelor’s degree or university degree, preferably in Accounting & Finance or Economics.**:
