**About the role**:
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) is responsible for driving revenue growth across all business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and long-term profitability. As a key executive team member, the CRO will implement revenue-maximizing strategies and maintain the editorial and brand integrity of Maison Moderne.

**Key Responsibilities**:Ensure profitability, foster growth, and optimize revenue streams across multiple business lines**:
- **News Publishing**: Maximize reader and advertising revenue through innovative editorial strategies, premium content, and audience engagement.
- **Business Club**: Strengthen membership value, secure sponsorships, and ensure high-quality, innovative events and training programs.
- **Media Sales**: Drive advertising and sponsorship sales while pioneering new native advertising formats and immersive live experiences.
- **Corporate & Contract Publishing**: Expand revenue opportunities with institutional clients through tailored content solutions and long-term partnerships.

**Your Profile**:

- Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within media, publishing, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around revenue-driving objectives.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to identify and leverage new revenue opportunities.
- In-depth understanding of digital media, audience engagement, and monetization strategies.
- Proficiency in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
