Business/System Analyst is responsible for business analysis, requirements engineering, system analysis, solution design and system integrations.

This is an integral role that connects business SMEs and Product Owners with Software Development world. Business/System Analyst supports IT Project Leads in project delivery and Product Owner in business requirements definition and implementation options assessment.

Business/System Analyst plays active role during the full cycle of project delivery - from project inception down to SIT/UAT and project landing.

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
- Support Product Owner with business requirements definition and requirements engineering
- End-to-end business requirements analysis
- Identify root business problem
- Assess for completeness
- Assess for impact on upstream/downstream business and IT processes and systems

System Analysis and Solution Design
- Assess for compliance to regulatory requirements, industry best-practices and organization policies and procedures.
- Requirements impact assessment and gap analysis
- Solution design:

- Integration of non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Business process and data modelling
- Multiple implementation options with effort vs cost vs timeline vs implementation/operational risks analysis
- Facilitate and support implementation options selection process and decision
- Design technical specifications

Project Delivery Support
- Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Maintain requirements traceability
- Handover project deliverables to IT Operations

Project Execution Methodologies
- Be equally comfortable to operate in Traditional/Waterfall, Agile/Scrum frameworks and their hybrids

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering or a related field
- Proven working experience as a business/system analyst or technical project delivery lead in the finance sector - min 8 years
- Good knowledge of Wealth Management business domain and EU regulatory and compliance framework
- Experience in Client Static Data management, Account Opening/Closing processes and KYC processes is considered as an advantage
- Experience with Temenos Core Banking software (T24 and/or Triple’A) is considered as an advantage
- Good external and internal (written/verbal) communication skills
- Good English language skills; German or French language skills are considered as an advantage
- Excellent skills in business analysis, requirements engineering, solution design, technical specification, and development scope management
- Practical experience in system design, data modelling and enterprise integration patterns
- Practical experience in data analysis, quality assurance and test automation
- Excellent skills in Traditional and Agile project management methodologies and corresponding toolset; Formal certifications is considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of CI/CT/CD concepts; Practical experience is considered as an advantage
