Acting as the day-to-day risk support for management;
- Participating to the maintenance of the risk and controls self-assessment;
- Assisting the Risk Conducting Officer in the risk management monitoring of the AIFs managed by Luxembourg, as well as reporting to the Board of the AIFM and to the Board of the AIFs.
- Assisting the Risk Conducting Officer in the maintenance and update of the Luxembourg RMP, as well as the preparation of the annual risk report to the CSSF.
- Carrying out risk related reviews;
- Working closely with the business and Compliance functions to implement related regulatory change, focusing on ensuring a robust control environment is in place to meet the regulatory requirements.
- Liaising with Internal Audit on risk related topics.
**Key Requirements/ Qualifications**:
- Extensive experience in working in the asset management industry, with a good background in risk management.
- Previous exposure to the private equity and/or private debt sector would be an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously and to manage priorities within a short timeframe
- Exposure to regulated environment in previous roles would be an asset
- Collaborative approach to delivery and results oriented
- Educational background: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration
