Nous recherchons un Deputy Chief of Staff dynamique et motivé pour compléter nos équipes.

**Rattaché(e) au Chief of Staff, vous êtes chargé de soutenir la direction dans la mise en œuvre de la stratégie à moyen/long terme, en contribuant à optimiser les processus internes, résolvant des problématiques complexes et accompagnant la prise de décision stratégique dans un environnement en constante évolution.**

**Votre mission principale**
- Support stratégique et opérationnel : Soutien de la direction dans l’exécution de la stratégie en comprenant ses enjeux et en veillant à ce que les priorités soient alignées avec d’une part la vision d'innovation et d’autres part l’environnement réglementaire applicable, en coordonnant les efforts des équipes pour garantir une exécution fluide et efficace.
- Gestion des projets transversaux : Pilotage de projets stratégiques impliquant la bonne gestion des priorités, la coordination entre les équipes et le respect des délais.
- Optimisation des processus : Amélioration continue des processus internes, notamment pour automatiser et optimiser les flux de travail, afin de rendre l’entreprise plus agile et réactive.

**Votre profil**
- Diplômé de l'enseignement supérieur d’une grande école de commerce ou d’une université de premier plan
- Forte expérience en gestion de projet
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, capacités d’anticipation et proactivité
- Maîtrise d’au moins 1 langue étrangère parmi les langues européennes ou l'arabe
- Souci du détail et compétences analytiques, rigueur, excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, tout en étant autonome
- Diplomate et discret avec un fort sens de la confidentialité
