Role Description

A Business Analyst in Product Development in banking institution plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This role involves understanding market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to help design and develop banking products that meet these demands.

This is an internship positioin at Rakuten Europe Bank located in Luxembourg. As an intern, you will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to the financial solution product development. Work with product managers, collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for new products and product enhancements. translate business requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to ensure that products are developed according to specifications and timelines.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in finance, Accounting, computer science or related field
- Programming ability, SQL, Python is plus
- Experience and knowledge of IT, API development is plus
- Experience in working for financial institution, Accounting firm is Plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Banking, Fintech, Technology and Payment Transaction

Location: Luxembourg

Type of employment : Practical Training

To be filled from : the Earliest start date

Length : 6 months or longer is desired
