**Business Analyst (Savings, Investments & Client Advice) (M/F)**

ING Luxembourg is looking for a **Business Analyst (M/F)**, who will be working at high level standards in the following department: Savings, Investments & Client Advice, part of a great team of professionals. The purpose of this team is to offer all ING customers (Retail Banking, Private Banking and Wholesale Banking) investment advice and solutions to allow them to manage their assets in a simple and efficient way.
**Job description**
You will work in a multidisciplinary team within ING's Agile organization in order to deliver high-quality services to our clients and help them manage their assets.
Your key activities will be:
- As junior project manager
- Participating to projects, involving various stakeholders - Participate to all “sprint” events (planning, refinements, retrospectives, demos);
- As junior business analyst
- Analyze regulations or business needs, prepare functional requirements and translate into working software by collaborating with IT engineers;
- As a junior product manager
- Optimizing processes in a customer oriented way to maximize clients and business value.

**Experience and required skills**:
- Master or Bachelor degree, If you already have a first experience in project or product management or business analysis, this is considered as a plus.
- Knowledge about investment products
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
**Languages**:
Good level in English and/or French.
