Vous serez également en charge de la formation. Vos missions principales: - ** Identification et attraction des talents** - ** Sourcing et Gestion du Pipeline de Candidats** - ** Relations écoles** Vous développez et structurez notre stratégie écoles : vous identifiez et priorisez les établissements cibles, construisez des partenariats solides et animez notre présence sur les campus. Vous engagez les étudiants avec des actions concrètes, utiles, différenciantes. - ** Construire et Faire rayonner la marque employeur** Vous contribuez activement à la stratégie de visibilité RH : création de contenus (posts, vidéos, témoignages), animation des réseaux, mise en avant de notre culture et de nos métiers à travers des formats engageants. - ** Reporting et Suivi des KPIs** - ** Formation** Déployer le plan de développement des compétences (analyser le besoin identifié avec les managers, identifier les organismes adaptés, suivre le plan de développement des compétences : budget, évaluations etc., gestion des dossiers de co-financement) **Votre profil**: - Formation Bac + 5 - spécialité en ressources humaines - Expérience significative (minimum 3 ans) sur des sujets développement RH - Expérience avérée en recrutement, relations écoles, marque employeur.
