As a **VoIP Specialist**, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional telephony services for our valued customers. With the opportunity to work independently or collaboratively, your key responsibilities will include:

- Delivering Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations to ensure seamless request fulfillment, efficient incident management, and successful implementation of changes.
- VoIP Infrastructure Stewardship : Administer and maintain our clients' entire **VoIP infrastructure**, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Expert Support: Provide advanced **technical support**, promptly addressing and resolving telephony-related incidents.
- Efficient Staff Workflow Processing: Execute workflows for staff movements within client premises, including **arrivals**, **departures**, and **service changes**, with a primary focus on the VoIP component.
- Cisco Telephone Platform Administration: Take charge of the administration of the **Cisco telephone platform**, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
- Ownership of Assets : Take ownership of** assets within your scope**, including installation, configuration, support, troubleshooting, updates/upgrades, backup validation, and meticulous documentation.

**Your Profile**:
**To thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualifications and skills**:

- Qualifications : Hold a **Master's degree** in IT with a minimum of** 7 years** of relevant professional experience, or a Bachelor's degree in IT with a minimum of 11 years of experience.
- Language Skills: Fluent in **English**, with proficiency in** French** as an advantage.
- ITIL Familiarity: Knowledge and experience with **ITIL guidelines**, enabling you to align with industry best practices.
- Cisco Expertise: Previous experience working with **Cisco products**, such as Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Webex Server, Cisco Jabber Guest, Cisco CMS, Cisco ExpressWay, Peter Connect, and more.
- Collaborative Mindset: A **team playe**r who thrives in an international work environment, valuing open communication and collaboration.
- Effective Communicator**:Excellent communication skills** to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Additional Assets: Knowledge of Radware and Videomesh is considered a valuable asset.
