Banking & Treasury Sales Specialist

Citi Private Bank (CPB) Banking & Treasury Sales Specialist, you will work closely with Private Banker teams within your designated coverage area to assist in generating new business from prospective clients. The role involves consulting with clients, understanding their needs and delivering integrated banking, cash management and deposit product solutions. **Responsibilities** - Provide banking & treasury management product sales expertise, advice & consultation to existing clients and prospects. - Liquidity & Treasury Mgt. discussions, opportunity assessment & follow up - Treasury Mgt Demos & Discussion - Relationship Reviews. - Cultivate, communicate, and execute on defined business development & other strategic initiatives to drive incremental growth and support the client lines of business. - Coordinate and partner with pricing and promotions lead for seamless communication, execution, and feedback to the sales force on initiatives driving deposit growth and balance sheet optimization. - Solicit, track, and share client feedback with product management. Support feedback loop keeping internal partners & clients updated. - Sales Activity Tracking (Pipeline, Initiatives, Salesforce etc.) including wins, losses and large flows (in/out) inquiry and follow up. - Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly balances, flows, decliners, increases and then work with Pricing teams and bankers to take appropriate action. **Qualifications**: - 6-8 years of experience - Possess a minimum of 5 years of cash management, banking and client interfacing experience - Ability to think creatively to deliver business results, both independently and as part of a team. - Have knowledge of Treasury Management products, banking & the client sales cycle - Ideally proficient in European language, French, Italian, Spanish - Builds robust working relationships with clients and internal colleagues - Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written - Excellent consultative selling & negotiation ability **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience - Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or willingness to pursue within 1-2 years of hire**Job Family Group**: Private Client Product Services - **Job Family**: Banking Cash Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
