RSM Financial Services Luxembourg is currently looking for a dynamic person with the following profile:
**Administrative/KYC Assistant (M/F)**
As an Administrative/KYC Assistant, you will provide administrative and KYC support to our transfer agency and accounting teams. You will:
**Administrative assistance**:
- Assist during the bank account opening;
- Prepare payment instructions;
- Prepare and update the contact lists for each client group / investment funds;
- Internal document management;
- Dispatch of documents for signature and follow up of the status of these documents.
**KYC/AML/Paralegal assistance**:
- Prepare KYC documents with assistance of transfer agents;
- Perform KYC/AML checks on investors, as well as KYT/KYI/AML-CFT (name check, internet research );
- Assist investors/clients on KYC/AML requests;
- Maintain and record information on our compliance software;
- File and download information/documents of the LBR;
- Perform regulatory registration and deposits;
- Prepare documents for the annual general meetings of various clients and funds;
- Other related duties as required.
**Your Profile**:
- You hold a degree, or a BTS qualification as an administrative assistant;
- Previous successful experience in a Transfer Agent / PSF and or Corporate Services is an advantage
- French and English mandatory. German or Luxembourgish would be an asset;
- Knowledge of online bank systems.
- You are proactive and a good team player, motivated and professional;
- Very good communication skills
- You show interest in your job and more generally in the clients’ business;
- You have **strong organisational skills** and pay attention to detail;
- Team player who can work independently as well
- You are looking for a long term collaboration with your employer.
